WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Editing, priced per photo. There is no subscription and no credit balance. You see an itemised total before you pay.

WHAT IS BILLABLE

• A photo we rendered and delivered a preview for.
• Not a photo that failed to render.
• Not an upload that never completed — if the file did not arrive, it is not a photo.
• A bracketed set merged into one frame is one photo, not three.
• Orders are subject to a $2 minimum. Smaller orders are charged that floor, and the quote shows it before you pay.

PREVIEWS AND DELIVERY

You see watermarked previews before paying. Payment releases the full-resolution files. Download links are signed and expire, so return to the order page rather than bookmarking a link.

WHAT WE WILL NOT EDIT

We will not fabricate features that were not in the photograph. Adding a window grille, a view, or a fixture that does not exist misrepresents a property, and we decline it regardless of who asks. Changes to sky, season and time of day are cosmetic and are disclosed as such.

YOUR RIGHTS IN THE IMAGES

You keep them. By uploading you confirm you are entitled to have the photo edited, and you grant us only the permission needed to produce and deliver your edit.

REVISIONS AND REFUNDS

If an edit is wrong, ask for a revision — re-running a photo costs nothing. If we cannot produce something you can use, we refund it.
