IF A PHOTO CAME BACK WRONG

Say what you expected instead. Every order includes revisions, and a re-run on the same photo costs nothing.

IF YOU PAID AND THE FILES DID NOT APPEAR

Open the order first — the full-resolution files are on that page and the download links are signed and short-lived, so an old link stops working while a fresh visit does not. If the order still says it is awaiting payment more than a few minutes after your card cleared, send us the order name and we will reconcile it by hand.

WHAT WE CANNOT DO

• Add features to a listing photo that were never there. Fabricating a grille, a view or a fixture is not an edit, and it is not MLS-legal.
• Recover a photo you never uploaded. If an upload failed, the file never left your machine — re-run it from the shoot page.
